The subject of this public procurement includes the following separate positions:
Lot 1 "A cell for maintaining temperature and humidity with a moisture generator"
Lot 2 "Analytical Libra";
Lot # 3 "Technical Libra"
Lot No 4 "Magnetic Stir"
Separate Item No. 5 "Homogenizer (mechanical stirrer)"
21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Law by direct assignment under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
Minimum technical characteristics:
1 The cell must be compatible with the Bruker D8 Advance Eco x -ray Analysis apparatus.
The cell must provide the ability to remove x -ray in reflection mode in the range of 1
up to 120 2θ or wider.
2. The cell must be hermetically closed and allow reaching a vacuum of 10-2 MBAR or higher
(lower value of 10-2 MBAR).
3. The cell should allow operation with inert gases and air.
4. The system must be equipped with a thermal controller to provide an opportunity to control
the temperature in the cell in the range of 25 C to 200 C or wider.
5. The system must be equipped with a moisture generator to provide an opportunity to control and
