1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of equipment for the Ołka kitchen, which will be put into use in 2026 at the Public Primary School No. 7 in Ostrowiec witokrzyski, ul. Akademicka 20. Construction is currently underway in the part of the building intended for housing reconstruction. The kitchen for the family is located on the ground floor. C a school where meals will be prepared for the children of this facility. A detailed list of devices required for purchase can be found in the Description of the Subject of the Order, Annex No. 4 to the specification of conditions. orders. 2. The equipment must be brand new, first quality, free from defects and approved for use in educational institutions and must have appropriate approvals, certificates (confirming compliance with Polish and European standards), quality certificates and meets the requirements of the standards set out in applicable law.3. The equipment should meet the requirements specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended).
