DELIVERY OF SERVERS, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE LICENSES DELIVERY OF NETWORK EQUIPMENT TAPE ARCHIVE DELIVERY The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of IT equipment and software licenses, divided into 3 parts. As part of the project: [email protected] implemented under FERC Action 2.3, Digital Accessibility and Reuse of Information. Pursuant to agreement no. FERC.02.03-IP.01-0001/25-00. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Ordering party reserves the right to cancel the procedure for awarding this contract pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, if the public funds that he intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him or for pursuant to art. 256 of the Public Procurement Law, if there are circumstances that make further conduct of the proceedings in question unjustified. The Ordering Party will notify all Contractors participating in the procedure about the invalidation of the procedure proceedings. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate with his offer that the products he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
