1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of internal access and access platforms in primary school facilities, carried out as part of the budget task: Support for infrastructure and improvement of the availability of primary schools in the Rawicz Commune, in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from the SWZ together with annexes.2. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts: 1) PART 1 - delivery and assembly of 2 pieces of internal stair platforms and an inrun platform for Primary School No. 1 in Rawicz.3. The scope of work during the execution of the order within the proposed price for a given part includes in particular: 1) purchase, delivery and installation of equipment, 2) preparation of technical and operational documentation for elevator platforms, 3) performance of measurements electrical, 4) preparation of a construction protocol - if necessary, 5) supplying electrical power to the device (lower or upper stop), 6) commissioning of the device and carrying out post-assembly tests, 7) assistance in reporting to Office of Technical Inspection and the presence of an authorized employee upon acceptance, 8) obtaining a decision to operate all devices...
