3.1. The subject of the order is the DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF A HEAT PUMP WITH A POWER OF MIN. 9 kW.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a to SWZ.3.3. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order has not been divided into parts due to the fact that it constitutes an indivisible whole, and separating any part will expose the Ordering Party to the risk of increased supervision over the implementation of the subject of the order. 3.4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers for individual items of the subject of the contract.
