1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of four generators with a rated power of not less than 32kW/40kVA and one generator with a rated power of not less than 48kW/60kVA.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1D to the procurement contract it will be entered as an annex to the contract.3. The conditions for the implementation of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the public procurement contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C. to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template)4. The Ordering Party requires that: - the minimum warranty period for the offered devices is 24 months - the maximum allowable warranty period is 36 months.5. The warranty period will be counted from the date of signing the protocol delivery and acceptance referred to in section 3. 8 of the draft contract (Appendix 1C to SWZ). The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
