The subject of the order is: Delivery and installation of the first equipment as part of the investment project entitled: Expansion and adaptation of the building for the purposes of establishing the Prague RE-START Center - Stage II - furniture typical and custom-made. The subject of the order was divided into two parts: Part I: typical equipment; Description: Building equipment including: lounge chairs, armchairs, free-standing automatic washing machine, fridge-freezer, transport trolleys and receivers tv. Part II: custom-made furniture. Description: Equipping the building with custom-made furniture, including: office cabinets, pharmacy cabinets, desks and built-in furniture. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is set out in the following annexes: 1) Cost summary orders (for each Part - Annex No. 1A and Annex No. 1B to the SWZ); 2) Document entitled: "Detailed description of equipment elements" (for each Part - Annex No. 3A and Annex 3B to the SWZ); 3) Drawings showing the location of the equipment - for each parts. 3.
