Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the dismantling of existing central heating boilers with accessories and the delivery and installation of a new heat source. The contractor is obliged to independently select the power of the boilers to ensure proper operation of the heating installation. The replacement is due to incorrect selection of the power of a device installed in the previous year, which results in improper operation of the heating installation. The Ordering Party will make available its expertise on power selection, but the Contractor is responsible for the final determination of the parameters of the new devices. The contractor is obliged present the Ordering Party with detailed technical specifications of the selected device and must obtain written confirmation of acceptance of the proposed boiler model and its power by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 of the OPZ to SWZ.
