1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of an angular/adjustable head for refueling aviation technology with a covered (pressurized) system in fuel dispensers in tanks. 2. The subject of the order includes: 2.1. guaranteed purchase 10 pcs. heads angular/adjustable - delivery with assembly2.2. purchase option 9 pcs. angled/adjustable heads - delivery only 3. The Ordering Party reserves the option to purchase an additional 9 (nine) angled/adjustable heads for refueling the equipment aviation with a covered (pressurized) system, including only their delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters without assembly services. 4. The Ordering Party will specify in the price form the quantities of deliveries that the Contractor is to unconditionally perform under this procedure.5. Ordering party in accordance with art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the possibility of applying the option law.6. If during the execution of the order it turns out that the Ordering Party has financial resources and needs to order a larger number of supplies in relation to those provided for in the basic scope of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option and order additional deliveries in accordance with the description...
