The subject of the order includes: 1) Ambulance simulator - set 2) Ambulance equipment - set 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including: indication of minimum parameters and technical, functional and operational requirements are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 3. The Ordering Party requires that new products be offered, of appropriate quality, free from physical and legal defects and having the legally required standards and certificates, as well as admitted to trading and use in Poland, in accordance with applicable law, meet the quality and technical standards resulting from their function and purpose. 4. Subject the order must meet all the requirements of a safe product in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety, amending the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 1025/2012 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC of 10 May 2023 (OJ EU No. 135, p. 1).
