Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: delivery and installation of 1 system of stationary device recording average speed on a specific section of provincial road No. 627 Wólka Okrąglik - Kosów Lacki. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Part IV SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (together with Annex No. 1 Data exchange standard for recording devices). 3. If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or require an introduction changes in the existing organization of vehicle or pedestrian traffic, the Contractor should prepare, at his own expense, a temporary traffic organization project to secure the works carried out in the road for the duration of the services in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister Infrastructure of September 23, 2003 on detailed conditions for road traffic management and supervision over this management (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729). He will bear all costs related to the introduction of traffic organization Performer. Depending on the needs and progress of services, the traffic organization design should be updated by the Contractor on an ongoing basis. The traffic organization design for the duration of services must be approved by the traffic management authority (Department Real Estate and Infrastructure of the Marshal's Office of the Masovian Voivodeship).
