The subject of the order is: Delivery and installation of 1 system a stationary device recording the average speed on a specific section of provincial road No. 559 on the Brudzień Duży - Sikórz section - procedure no. 134/26 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part IV of the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (together with Annex No. 1 Data exchange standard for recording devices). 3. If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or require changes to the existing traffic organization vehicles or pedestrians, the Contractor should prepare, at his own expense, a temporary traffic organization project to secure the works carried out in the road for the duration of the services in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 23, 2003 in on detailed conditions for road traffic management and supervision over this management (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729). All costs related to the introduction of traffic organization will be borne by the Contractor. Depending on your needs and service progress the traffic organization design should be updated by the Contractor on an ongoing basis.
