Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of an XDR (Extended\Endpoint Detection and Response) system - i.e. an advanced cybersecurity system ensuring comprehensive protection of IT infrastructure organization along with Warranty and Technical Support Services. The implementation includes launching the System and configuration, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements, to the extent necessary for the proper operation of this System, as well as carrying out the transfer wiedzy. 2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes towards the Ordering Party in particular: 1) deliver, implement, launch and configure the System, 2) prepare and submit the Documentation, 3) conduct training workshops in the field use the System, on the terms described in the contract and OPZ, 4) grant the Ordering Party any licenses or transfer them to the Ordering Party and transfer to the Ordering Party any licenses granted to the Contractor by the Manufacturer, licenses relating to the System as the whole and its individual elements, including the Software, necessary for the proper operation of the System and its use by the Ordering Party in accordance with the draft contract, description of the subject of the order and applicable law, 5) transfer the proprietary rights to the Documentation to the Ordering Party for the remuneration specified in the Agreement and in the fields of use specified in the Agreement, 6) provide technical support services in Polish, as much as possible...
