Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: Part 1: IT terminal room.2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all separate parts of the order (Parts 1 to 3). The Ordering Party does not limit the maximum number of parts for which an order may be awarded to one and the same Contractor.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.4. The subject of the order should be brand new, complete (with all accessories, wires and cables necessary for its use), ready for use, free from technical and quality defects and meet the requirements of applicable standards and legal regulations.5. The Contractor will deliver the Subject of the order together with: 1) warranty cards; 2) operating instructions and technical documentation of the offered equipment in Polish; 3) documents specifying the rules for the provision of services by the authorized service during the warranty and post-warranty period.6. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee and warranty for defects on the Subject of the order for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol.
