The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a system for managing workstations, inventory, helpdesk and monitoring IT infrastructure, as well as integration and exchange of data with the system developed by the Center e-Health - a platform of intelligent services (PUI) in the field of AI, supporting the process of making diagnostic and treatment decisions by a doctor. The subject of the contract consists of three parts: Part No. 1: Delivery and implementation of a station management system workspace, inventory, helpdesk. Part No. 2: Delivery and implementation of a system for monitoring IT infrastructure. Part No. 3: Integration and data exchange with the platform of intelligent AI services (PUI) developed by the e-Zdrowie Center, supporting the process of making diagnostic and treatment decisions by a doctor. Detailed description of the subject of the order referred to in section 1 was specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The method of implementation and payment deadlines are specified in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
