1. The subject of the order is the DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC DIGITIZATION OF DOCUMENTATION 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. 3. Whenever this ToR and the annexes refer to equipment, devices, order elements, The Ordering Party means fixed assets and intangible assets constituting the subject of the order specified in the OPZ. 4.The scope of the order includes: 1) delivery, implementation and commissioning, performance tests and handover of devices i systems constituting the subject of the contract for operation, as well as the performance of other obligations described in the OPZ; 2) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation, operation and basic maintenance of the supplied devices and systems (max. 10 people) within the time agreed with the Ordering Party; 3) granting a software license on the terms specified in the OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting No. 7 to the SWZ, from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol referred to in § 4 section 5 of this agreement; 4) granting a 36-month warranty for the subject of the order, on the terms specified in the OPZ, in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting No. 7 of the SWZ (in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer). 5.Detailed description the subject of the order is included in the documentation attached to the SWZ: 1) Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 2) In the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No....
