1. The subject of this procedure is the delivery and implementation of the software for support chatbot al.

The subject of the proceedings includes the supply and implementation of the software, including:

a) pre -transmission analysis with the Ordering Party

b) preparation of detailed documentation of software operationBased on the results of the pre -transmission analysis, including, among others:

               

 SPISCE of the questions of relevant users for intentions,       LIGHTSSoftware logic,

      SCHEMATE OF conversation,

Information The necessary information conditioning the correct design, operation and maintenance of software, including technical documentation;

c) Preparation of the graphic design of the software;

d) copywriting for the purposes of software production;

e) programmingand software training;

f) conducting tests of the correct functioning of the software;

g) providing the Ordering Party of the documentation which contains instructions together with the implementation of the software to the indicated website of the contracting authority;

h) conducting instruction for the Employer from managementsoftware content (including editing conversation paths and selection options, editing questions and answers, editing and adding new intentions, marking unrelant questions) and implementation of software and documentation in this area.
