The public procurement procedure is conducted in the form of a tender unlimited pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". Procedure with a contract value above the EU thresholds specified in the announcement President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
