Delivery and implementation of the Pom-CMC System and Infrastructure Hardware for the Pom-CMC System as part of the "Pomeranian Digital Medicine Center" project, along with preparation of integration readiness for future data exchange with the external Biobank System for Szpitali Pomorskie Sp. z o. o. 1.The subject of the order is Delivery and implementation of solutions for RCMC as part of the Pom-CMC project - including: (Task 1a) Pom-CMC System with integrations, (Task 1b) Hardware Infrastructure for the Pom-CMC System - along with the integral requirements of the Ordering Party, with parameters consistent with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, including: Task No. 1a - Delivery and implementation of the Pom-CMC System with integration with other systems of the ordering party (on-prem), along with training, documentation and maintenance. Task No. 1b - Delivery, installation and configuration of infrastructure hardware (servers, storage, SAN/LAN, virtualization, backup) in accordance with OPZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, assortment and quantities are given in Annex No. 1, 2 and 5 to the SWZ. 3.
