1. The subject of this order is the delivery and implementation of a platform supporting the teaching process.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and requirements, is specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. Duties The contractor will be responsible for implementing the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
4. The order is implemented as part of the project "Innovative Didactics = Medicine of the Future - expansion and modernization of the teaching base of the Warsaw University of Technology. Medical University", financed from the funds of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan under Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D2.1.1 "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with the increase admission limits for medical studies", based on the co-financing agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0020/24/KPO/1210/2025/94 of June 12, 2025.
