The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an object-oriented data storage system for the backup system, hereinafter referred to as: "System". As part of the basic order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop and deliver the Technical Implementation Design System, in accordance with the requirements described in section IV OPZ; 2) delivery and unloading for each location of the Equipment and Software necessary to run one instance of the System in each location, with the effective capacity available for the data useful, amounting to at least 1 PiB separately for each System instance, in accordance with the requirements described in section II and III OPZ, the delivered System instances must be of the same type and model; 3) Implementation of the System instance consisting of: a) installation and configuration of the supplied Hardware and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in section III OPZ, b) integration of the supplied Hardware and Software with the Ordering Party's environment, in accordance with the requirements described in section. III OPZ; c) integration of the supplied Hardware and Software with the Commvault 11 backup system owned by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements described in section II and III OPZ, 4) conducting training in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter. VII OPZ; 5) development and delivery of Documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in section IV OPZ; 6) granting a warranty to the Contractor for the completed subject of the order and providing a manufacturer's warranty for the supplied Hardware and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter 6th OPZ.
