The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an object data storage system, hereinafter referred to as: "System". As part of the basic order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop and deliver the Technical Implementation Design, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter IV OPZ; 2) delivery and unloading for the indicated location of the Equipment and Software necessary to launch the System instance with the effective usable capacity available for data, amounting to at least 1 PiB, in accordance with the requirements described in chapter II and III OPZ; 3) System Implementation consisting of: a) installation and configuration of the supplied Hardware and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter III OPZ, b) integration of the supplied Hardware and Software with the environment the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements described in section III OPZ; 4) conducting training in accordance with the requirements described in chapter VII OPZ; 5) development and delivery of Documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV OPZ; 6) granting the Contractor's warranty for the completed subject of the order and ensuring the manufacturer's warranty for the supplied Hardware and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter 6th OPZ. As part of the order implemented under the option, the Contractor is obliged to: providing and implementing a separate instance of the System with an effective usable capacity available for data of at least 1PiB in accordance with the requirements described in section II and III OPZ by: 1) developing and delivering the Technical Design of the System, in accordance with the requirements described in section IV OPZ, 2) deliveries and unloading for the indicated location of the Equipment and Software necessary to launch a new instance of the System with the effective usable capacity available for data, amounting to at least 1 PiB, in acc...
