Delivery and implementation of new modules of the Hospital IT System with support for Electronic Medical Records 1. The subject of the order includes the sale, delivery and implementation of software including new modules of the Hospital IT System with the use of Electronic Medical Records at the Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration with the Warmia-Masuria Oncology Center in Olsztyn. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to the specifications terms and conditions of the order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. 3. The description in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ contains the minimum requirements for the product covered by the subject of the contract, which means that the contractor can offer a product with better parameters technical or utilitarian. 4. In each case when the ordering party refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems in the SWZ, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. 5. In each case when the contracting authority describes the subject of the contract in the SWZ by indicating trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products supplied by a specific contractor, which could lead to to privilege or eliminate certain contractors or products, an equivalent solution is allowed provided that the offered solution meets the requirements in terms of expected performance...
