1. The subject of the order is: delivery and implementation of a module (system) for communication with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) includes the following attachments: 1) Offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 2) Price and assortment form constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ 3)Tables of technical requirements constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ 4) Description of requirements constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 3.Contractor can only offer a product that is a medical device placed on the market in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices 4. The order will be implemented from the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan based on contract no.
