Delivery and implementation of a modular early warning system for the Lublin Voivodeship Office in Lublin The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a modular early warning system, including a central management platform and infrastructure server and a network of stationary sirens. 2. The system must provide support for a total of 395 stationary sirens, including: a.- 226 new ones - Annex No. 1a; b.- 5 owned by the Chełm City Hall - the list will be made available after selecting the contractor; c.-164 owned by the Lublin Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service in Lublin - the list of SIM card numbers will be made available after the contractor is selected d.possible future expansion. The Ordering Party informs that pursuant to Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law maybe first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Grounds for exclusion: From the proceedings o awarding the contract is excluded The Contractor in relation to whom any of the circumstances referred to in art. 108 u. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. art. 109 u. 1 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law and contractors meeting the criteria described in Art. 7 section 1 Act of April 13, 2022 on special countermeasure solutions supporting aggression against Ukraine. - 16.
