Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a modular early warning system, including a central management platform, server infrastructure and a network of stationary sirens. 2. The system must provide support for a total of 395 stationary sirens including: a.- 226 new ones - Annex No. 1a; b.- 5 owned by the Chełm City Hall - the list will be made available after selecting the contractor; c.-164 in the possession of the Lublin Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service in Lublin - the list of SIM card numbers will remain made available after selecting the contractor d.possible future expansion. The Ordering Party informs that pursuant to Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law may first examine and evaluate offers, and then make subjective qualifications of the Contractor whose offer has been submitted the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
