1. Subject of the order: delivery of two IT systems, i.e. an electronic anesthesia card system and a patient observation card system for the needs of the Ordering Party. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with annexes, section in particular with OPZ and PPU (separate for each part). : : 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 4. The contractor may submit an offer for all parts of the order. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the order for which The Contractor may submit an offer and does not specify the maximum number of parts of the contract for which the contract may be awarded to one Contractor. 5. Number of parts of the order (tasks): 2. 6. Place of order fulfillment: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation. 7. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for completing the subject of the order are specified by PPU and OPZ (separate for each part of the order). 8.
