1. Subject, object and general conditions of the order:
3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and has as its subject delivery and purchase, by conducting a negotiation procedure with a preliminary invitation to participate with subject: "Delivery and implementation of an IT system for intelligent measurement of electrical energy", ref. No. PPD25-123, according to the conditions and requirements of the Contracting Authority.
Any interested person can submit an application, provided that he meets the requirements of the ZOP and the requirements of the Employer specified in the announcement and documentation.
The subject of the public procurement includes:
implementation of an IT system for smart metering with including all necessary licenses or keys to activate the full number of 2, 300, 000 pcs. electricity meters;
delivery of the sized according to the requirements for the IT system, the necessary technological infrastructure of servers, network security, licenses for the used hypervisor (if used) and subscription for the used cloud resource (if used) for work in and with the existing information and communication technology environment of the Contracting Authority, with the possibility of expanding the system to 2, 500, 000 electricity meters, as well as performing all services in connection with the implementation of the system;
