The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive IT service including the provision, delivery, implementation and full integration of an IT system in the SaaS (Software as a Service) formula, supporting university management in the field of teaching, organizational and administrative. The aim of the system is to improve processes related to serving students and doctoral students, including people with disabilities and special needs, and to ensure effective and accessible access to university services and resources. System must be fully integrated with the VERBIS system operating at the Nicolaus Copernicus School (including data of students, users and organizational structure). The Ordering Party has Verbis software/modules (recruitment, dean's office). The Contractor must will provide all other functionalities compatible with the modules owned by the Ordering Party or propose the implementation of a different/new solution at the university as part of the order.
