Delivery and implementation of an HR and payroll system for the Wody Polskie State Water Management Company The subject of the order is the delivery and subsequent implementation of the HR and payroll system at the Polish Waters State Water Management Company along with Data Migration and Assistance Post-implementation and the provision of the Maintenance Service and the Modification Service implemented under the option right, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and the Agreement (Appendix No. 10 to SWZ). The Ordering Party envisages the following stages of order execution: Stage 0 - Project Preparation, Stage 1 - Analysis, Stage 2 - System Construction, Stage 3 - Training, Stage 4 - Production Start, Stage 5 - Post-implementation Assistance, Stage 6 - Service Maintenance. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, does not include: a) ICT products*, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation, o referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, items 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, b) an ICT product whose type is specified in decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or the ICT service or the ICT process specified in this decision....
