DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FILE MATRIX SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a file matrix, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to these Specifications. 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject orders will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to these Specifications.
