Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a file data storage system for the backup system, hereinafter referred to as: "System".

2. As part of the basic order, the Contractor is obliged to:

1) development and delivery of the Technical Implementation Design, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV OPZ;

2) deliveries and unloading for each location of the Equipment and Software necessary to run the System with effective data availability usable capacity, which is at least 4 PiB for each location, in accordance with the requirements described in section II and III OPZ;

3)Implementation A system consisting of:

b)integration delivered Hardware and Software with the Ordering Party's environment, in accordance with the requirements described in section III OPZ;

c)integration delivered Hardware and Software with the Commvault 11 backup system owned by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements described in section II and III OPZ;

4) conducting training in accordance with the requirements described in chapter VII OPZ;

5) development and delivery of Documentation in accordance with the requirements described in chapter IV OPZ;

6) granting a warranty to the Contractor for the completed subject of the order and providing a manufacturer's warranty for the supplied Hardware and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter 6th OPZ.
