Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a system (CIS), integration, monitoring and visualization of medical data from medical equipment such as cardiomonitors, along with digitization of information flow for 100 beds in Intensive Care Units, along with integration with the hospital system medical documentation (HIS) - A system integrating medical equipment and presenting data from the equipment, guaranteeing access to parameters, with a system of rules and integration with the HIS Optimed NXT system owned by the Ordering Party. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. Detailed description of the item the order and the terms of execution of the order are included in: 1) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which consists of: i. Annex No. 1A - Detailed description of the subject of the order, ii. Annex No. 1B - Equipment parameters, iii. Annex No. 1C - List of devices, iv. Annex No. 1D - List of branches. 2) Annex No. 3 to SWZ - Draft contract. 3. The offered items of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, specifications technical or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 5.
