Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a system (CIS) for integration, monitoring and visualization of medical data from medical devices such as cardiomonitors, along with digitization of information flow for 100 beds in intensive care units. Therapy with integration with the hospital medical documentation system (HIS) - A system integrating medical equipment and presenting data from the equipment, guaranteeing access to parameters, with a system of rules and integration with the HIS Optimed NXT system owned by Ordering Party. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are included in: 1) Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which consists of: i.Appendix No. 1A - Detailed description of the subject of the order, ii. Annex No. 1B - Equipment parameters, iii. Annex No. 1C - List of devices, iv. Annex No. 1D - List of branches. 2) Annex No. 3 to SWZ - Draft contract. 3.The offered contract items must be approved for trade and use in accordance with applicable law. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters are indicated or source of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 5.
