Description of the Subject of the Order: 1. Subject of the order is the delivery with the implementation of Application Software, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Investment D 1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care as part of the project "Digital Transformation of SPZOZ in Świdnica through the development of digital services to improve the efficiency, availability and quality of medical services provided and to increase the level of cybersecurity", in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 3. CPV code 48000000-8 - Software packages and IT systems 722 630 00-6 - Software implementation services 4. Offers no containing the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in Annex 3 to the specifications will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 SWZ. 5. All proper names of products and materials as well as standards and approvals referred to in the specification they serve to determine the desired standard of workmanship and properties as well as technical requirements assumed for the subject of the order.
