Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the APM solution that allows you to monitor the efficiency of applications launched in the Employer's environment and the experience of end users using these applications, technical support for a period of 60 months and the Service of Expert hoursświadczona w ramach opcji.

1.2W The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1.2.1 as part of the basic order:

1.2.1.1 Preparation of the executive project;

1.2.1.2 Software delivery with licenses to launch APM;

1.2.1.3 System Implementation and integrationwith the Employer's environment;

1.2.1.4 Conducting workshops for the contracting authorities' administrators;

1.2.1.5 Implementation and delivery of as -built documentation;

1.2.1.6 Providing technical support for the system;

1.2.2 under the option of options:

1.2.2.1Provision of expert hours service up to 600 man -hours.

2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.

3. The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first he will examine and evaluate offers, and then he will perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
