1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an accessibility platform with information boards. The subject of the order includes 3 tasks (partial offers), including: 1.1. Task No. 1 - Delivery and implementation of an information and communication system with navigation inside the building with information boards 1.2. Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch screens (info kiosks) 1.3. Task No. 3 - Delivery of a compact UV printer 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included: 2.1. in the scope of Task No. 1 in Annex No 1a to SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 1 - Delivery and implementation of an information and communication system" along with information boards, 2.2. in the scope of Task No. 2 in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 2 - Delivery of touch screens (info kiosks)", 2.3. in the scope of Task No. 3 in Annex No. 1c to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order in the scope of Task No. 3 - Delivery of a compact UV printer", (also called OPZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to do so submitting the evidence in question along with the offer. 4. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings, valid as of the date of submission of offers, in the form of a Uniform European Procurement Document (EDZ) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 5.
