Delivery and implementation of an accessibility platform with information boards - Delivery of a compact UV printer (DZP.25/32/2026) 1.The subject of the order is the delivery of a compact UV printer 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" (also called OPZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence along with the offer. 4. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a declaration valid as of the date of submission of offers not being subject to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 5. GDPR (information obligation and application obligation): Information regarding the protection of persons physical entities in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data are specified in Chapter XIII of the SWZ 6.
