The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive traction energy sales services by the Seller to the Recipient and the Seller's provision of services by the Operator Distribution System of traction energy distribution services for the purpose of conducting transport activities by the Recipient, consisting in performing operational work of traction vehicles on the railway network and providing paid documents, confirming the cancellation of the Guarantee of Origin by the Seller to the Recipient in the years 2027-2030. 2.
