Delivery and distribution of electricity The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services and the collection of electricity from the Ordering Party (Prosumer) within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", for the benefit of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Saint Jadwiga in Opole in accordance with Annex 1A and Annex 6 to SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the amount of 1, 648, 000 kWh is an estimated value based on energy consumption over the last 24 months. The Ordering Party will settle actual electricity consumption based on current meter readings unit price included in Annex 1A to the contract. The projected electricity consumption provided by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract is for informational purposes only, used to compare offers, and does not constitute for the Ordering Party obligations to purchase electricity in the specified amount. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the expected amount of electricity by the Ordering Party. Settlements for the sale of electricity together with distribution service will be made in monthly settlement periods for all PPE points according to Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
