Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and commissioning of a power generator along with the adaptation of the existing electrical installation for the needs of connecting devices in the building located at ul. Stawna 7 in Komorniki.2. The delivered unit must be: a) brand new, i.e. unused, complete, unrefurbished, not from advertising displays before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test proper operation, free from physical and legal defects, free from defects and damage and unencumbered rights of third parties, as well as purchased in the manufacturer's official distribution channel;b) equipped with user documentation in Polish;c) marked with the CE mark, has a CE certificate or a CE declaration of conformity.3. The Contractor's tasks also include training in... operation and ongoing maintenance of the unit by two representatives of the Ordering Party.4. A detailed description of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the contract.5. The contractor is obliged to enter the power and name of the generator manufacturer in the Bid Form.6.
