Delivery and commissioning of a mass spectrometer with additional equipment The subject of the order is the delivery and commissioning of a mass spectrometer with additional equipment. The description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the designed ones provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 1. The Contractor, to the extent indicated directly in the content of the detailed subject of the order (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ), allows the Contractors to offer equivalent products, provided that the equivalent product meets the equivalence criteria described in the description of the subject of the order. 2. If in the description of the subject of the order in Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, the Contractor may offer an equivalent solution provided that the same technical, qualitative and functionality. The ordering party will evaluate the proposed solutions taking into account these criteria. 3. A contractor who refers in his offer to the use of products equivalent to those described in the SWZ content is obliged to demonstrate that the products he offers the products meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party by providing the name of the equivalent product in the content of the technical specification of the offered product (Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ) and demonstrating the equivalence of the offered...
