Austro Control intends a new ATN ground/ground router system as defined in the ETSI in the course of the tender "Delivery and commissioning of a Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (abbreviated: CPDLC) ground/ground router system for Austro Control GmbH". EN 303 214 v1.2.1 to obtainfen. Included is the delivery of a CPDLC G/G router system - productive systemardware, the installation including network connection is provided by ACG. The Tender includes: • 1x productive system incl. licenses • 1x test system incl. licenses • Unlimited maintenance contract - start 2 years (= warranty period) after overall acceptance (cf. LV point 2.13) • One-offAll technical training (cf. LV item 2.12.) The place of performance is ATCCV in 1030 Vienna. The planned start of service is October 30, 2023 (see LV point 1.3). The CPDLC G/G router system must be delivered and commissioned by QU 02/2024 at the latest. The contract is concluded afor an indefinite period. A mutual waiver of termination applies for the first three (3) years. Thereafter, the contract can be terminated at the end of each year with a notice period of six (6) months.
