Part I of the order - thermal printer - embossing press. Part II of the order - device for the production of hard covers. Part III of the order - device for hanging the block in the cover. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the September 11 Act 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of printing equipment for needs of the Special Publications Printing House, divided into 3 (three) parts of the order. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 42991200-1 Printing machinery. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1, 1.1 - 1.3 and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Form tender along with the Price Specification and the draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the rules described in the ToR.
