Konkts description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the fall is a one -time delivery and assembly komr with controlling atmosphere of temperature for the Innovation Center and the research of health -promoting and safe food of the Agricultural University Hugo Kotaja in Krakow., 2. The contractor is obliged to provide the equipment with minimal requirements in the scope of technical parameters indicated by the Ordering Party in the document entitled Technical parameters of the subject of the Claw (in question evidence), i.e. in the beginning No. 2.1 to SWZ., 3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment and to perform the necessary assembly and installation works at: Center of Innovation and the research of pro-health and safe food of the University of Agriculture. Hugona Kotaja in Krakow (facility during construction) of Krakw, ul. Balicka 104 (room No. 0.29b)., 4. A detailed description of the subject of the sketch [OPZ] was included in Zakaczka No. 2.1 to SWZ and in the template of the contract (Outpatient No. 1 to SWZ), with which the contractor is obliged to read.
