1. The subject of the order is the delivery and activation of licenses for two Next Generation Firewall devices owned by the Ordering Party - Palo Alto NetworksPA-440, for a period of 36 months, and the provision of technical support (10 hours for the period 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract).2. Scope of activities and tasks of the Contractor within the scope of the execution of the subject of this contract: a) Delivery and activation of the license in accordance with the specifications in Annex 1 and assigning the license to the Ordering Party's account on the portal Palo AltoNetworks Supportb) Assisting with the installation of licenses for the Ordering Party's devices and verifying the correctness of downloading hardware software updates from the manufacturer's servers. c) Providing 10 hours of technical support within a period of 12 months from signing the contract by engineers certified by the manufacturer.
