The subject of the order is the delivery of anatomical models divided into parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as "Packages No. 1 to 11": Package No. 1: Nipple model Package No. 2: Caecal model Package No. 3: Model for gynecological education Package No. 4: Model pulmonary lobe Package No. 5: Ear model Package No. 6: Model of pelvic bones with fetal skull Package No. 7: Subcutaneous injection trainer Package No. 8: Foot model for care Package No. 9: Newborn model for physiotherapy Package No. 10: Osteoporosis model knees Package No. 11: Set of mock wounds - under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of devices, in terms of individual parts order, hereinafter referred to as "Packages 1 to 11", was specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, which constitute Annexes No. 2.1-2.11 to the SWZ, respectively.
