1. The subject of this order is the delivery of anatomical models (mannequins, trainers, phantoms) divided into 7 parts of the order, called "Packages" in the documentation: Package 1 - Female pelvis model Package 2 -Set of vacuum models wound treatment Package 3 - Phantom for learning auscultation Package 4 - Phantom for learning advanced CPR with equipment, Package 5 - Advanced phantom for resuscitation exercises with equipment. Package 6 - Injection trainer under ultrasound control Package 7 - Science phantom handling central catheters. 2. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of devices, in the scope of individual parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as "Packages 1 to 7", is specified in the required forms technical conditions, which constitute Annexes 2.1-2.7 to the SWZ, respectively. Package 1: Female pelvis model Female pelvis model - 1 piece. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the type and number of devices, has been specified in the Form of Required Technical Conditions, which constitutes Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ.
