1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2600 ALL-in-one desktop computers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 1 to the contract, the project of which is Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of the option specified in art.441 of the Act, under the terms specified in the draft contract. Under the law, the Employer reserves the right to increase the order to 50% of the gross value of the basic order.
Delivery of all-in-one desktop computers, acting in accordance with art. 17 of the Order Law Actpublic, strives to obtain the highest quality of the contract, while taking into account environmental and social aspects. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be in accordance with the requirements in the range of:
1) ergonomics of use (e.g. noise level, contrast, matrix fibrillation),
2) efficiencyenergy,
3) limiting the use of hazardous substances (e.g. PVC, BFR),
4) social responsibility in the production process,
5) durability and recycling,
6) environmentally friendly design,
7) energy efficiency,
8) restrictions on harmful substances (e.g. mercury, lead, cadmium),
9) possibilities of recycling and disassembly,
10) environmental responsibility throughout the entire product life cycle. ".
11) The offered computer equipment must be produced in accordance with the ISO 14001 or equivalent standard - in order to ensure compliance with the principles of environmental protection.
