The subject of the order is the delivery of computers by the Contractor to the Ordering Party All-in-One within task called "Replacement of IT equipment for the needs of hospital systems and Electronic Medical Records" in the amount of 700 pieces (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting the Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. The implementation of the Subject of the Order will be carried out under the Agreement No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0412/25/KPO/656/2025/327 for support from the development plan ventures called "Development of digital services and cybersecurity at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" concluded by the Ordering Party with the State Treasury - the Minister of Health (hereinafter: as an agreement to cover the project with support from the plan development). 3.
